Wilko, as a store is a pleasure to shop around, plenty of variety, good for cleaning products etc. Went into my local store in Exeter with my Grandaughter, called into the Cafe and was not impressed. Had run out of lots of menu items, a member of staff really needs to acquire people skills. Shuffles along, never communicates, and looks miserable, which I've noticed on previous visits.
Food is not of the standard or presentation it used to be.

The absolute worst customer service in the wrold. Avoid this company at all costs. I made a purchase online they onoy delivered half the order. It is impossible to get hold of anyone, you can not speak with anyone on the phone. Only via web chat and then they transfer you to email and just ignore you. After 15emails i finally get a response offering me a "partial" refund of £5, when the order cost £40. I said no i just want the other item. It was sold as a set so obviously i eant the other item. And all you get is a response saying "so can you confirm you are happy to receive the £5." Compketely ignoring my 15emails explaining everything over and over again. I am now contacting trading standards to reprot them. Absolute criminals!

Cafe only serving toasties cold sandwiches cakes and hot drinks due to staff shortage Ordered toasties ( could hardly have touched the toaster) cake and skinny latte. Assistant didnt know what a skinny latte was !! Wanted to use the toilet but ladies was closed ( it has been for 3 weeks ) So just 1 toilet for men women and disabled. Surely this is against health and safety ? Get your act together PLEASE.

I was not happy with the food
It took 25 minutes to prepare my food when I asked them where is my food they said it will take another 29 minutes.
Imagine 55bminutes for a toasties.
I asked for my money and left the place.
My toddler was so upset and refused to eat any where else.
Ruined our day out.

Absolutely no prices on anything and only 1 member of staff on tills so constantly massive queues. Has severely gone downhill since The Range took over.

So glad this Wilkos was saved from the axe! Although the service has gone a bit downhill as you have to queue up for longer now and they've closed the upstairs tills.
Even so, Exeter would be a poorer place without it.

Great shop with great selection of home products animal products cleaning range the lot and great prices too 👍
