I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark and his team when buying some Sonos speakers. When there was an issue with one of the speakers, they did not hesitate to step in and put things right without any hesitation. I’ll tell you what, Richer Sounds is a dark horse for the U.Ks best tech shop. I was in the queue behind my friends John and Lewis and we all got seen in no time at all! Great value TV, had some trouble setting it up but customer service on the phone was great! Highly recommend.

Always great service from the staff. No pressure put on you to buy. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We were not sure what we really wanted but after talking to Steve we purchased a LG evo Oled which had a soundbar included free of charge. TV was delivered today by another very good courier firm. Very pleased with picture and now will have to play about to see how things work. Soundbar sounds very good. Only wish a manual was available for the TV.....perhaps we just haven't looked properly yet. Highly recommend
