I recently changed my energy supplier from Edf- Tulo to save £15 a month, I wasn’t told that this is a prepayment company which is they take money from your bank before they even supply the service! So I ended having to pay two companies for my energy this month and I am penny less. So think twice before transferring specifically uncommon names or Companies?

Formally Square1 Energy Ltd, I had never heard of Tulo and was originally worried it was a cowboy supplier. I was wrong.

I called customer service and they were very helpful. With email enquiries they responded the next day and the online account is simple and easy to use.

Despite being out of contract, their rates are very good which is a breath of fresh air.

I switched over from British Gas recently. I’ll be switching back. They’re not cheaper and demand meter readings every two months otherwise they double your DD. Avoid honestly.
