Excellent service received when my boiler started to play up. I contacted Neon and they sent an engineer the same day. Austyn diagnosed the fault quickly and ordered a spare part directly from my home using his iPad. When the part arrived I had another visit from Austyn who fitted the part and successfully restored my boiler back to normal service.
Overall the service was excellent, with good clear information about the work needed and parts required. They arrived on time and you get a handy tracker link so you can see where the engineer is and how long they will take to get to you.

Neon heating have been brilliant! Connor, Austin are really knowledable and do great work. The lovely ladies I've spoken to who manage bookings, have been so kind and understanding; I have an extremely disabled family member, so am very dependent on hot water and heat. They arranged for someone to come out the day I called and have been so supportive and maintained great communication.

The Neon team (Austin and Tom) were very professional, knowledgeable polite and hard working. The installation of our new boiler was swift and they took time to talk through the controls etc. A credit to the company. Would highly recommend.

Created a problem then charged us 2 sets of extortionate call-out fees + VAT to solve that issue. Oh, and they strung us along for a week without heating in freezing conditions in order to complete the final call-out. I wouldn't go near them again and recommend you don't either.
EDIT - Judging by the reply from the owner, either they do this to multiple people a week or can't figure out that although my girlfriend rang, it affected both of us.
