Heat electric did a wonderful job. A professional assessment of what we needed for our bungalow. We arranged for the oil boiler and radiators to be removed ourselves. We had an electrician wire the sockets ready for the new radiators. We gor everything ready. This saved us some money. They fitted the sunamp first to get us hot water. Then came back and fitted the radiators no mess. The system works well and hopefully will save us money. Thanks.

I really cannot speak highly enough of the Heat Electric team. Never has it been my pleasure to do business with such a friendly and expert bunch of people. The advice and service provided by the East of England team has been excellent from day one, all the way through to completion. My new Thermino Sunamp 150ePV and ELKATHERM radiators were all expertly installed within about a fortnight of the initial survey, and all are running superbly well. Everything works exactly as Heat Electric said it would – piping hot mains-pressure water on demand (and plenty of it!) and three beautiful new slimline ELKATHERM radiators, each of which I can control using the eComfort app on my mobile phone. The Sunamp unit replaced an old-fashioned, worn out, inefficient (and leaking!) copper immersion cylinder, saving huge amounts of space which can now be used instead for storage, and the radiators replaced huge, ancient, ugly and inefficient night storage heaters, which have never properly worked to my satisfaction. I have now been able to ditch my energy supplier’s ultimately rather expensive Economy 7 tariff, and have now gone over to an overall cheaper daily rate tariff. Once I have had a smart meter installed, my energy supplier tells me I will be able to go over to the cheapest daily tariff on the market. So, all in all, I am one very satisfied customer with no complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended products, and a likewise very highly recommended supplier.

Outstanding service, I can’t recomend this company enough
I had a problem with my Sunamp 150e battery not charging, I phoned HeatElectric and within the hour an engineer arrived, he couldn’t fix the problem & a new unit was required, so Ian, the engineer went to collect it, installed it & it was up and running all in the same day!!
Now that’s what you call customer service

Heat Electric installed the new and innovative and space saving SunAmp hot water tank system as well as a new radiator. They were efficient at all stages, professional and courteous and couldn’t have been more helpful to achieve what we wanted and anticipated from the installation, to the extent of coming back to reposition the SunAmp when it didn’t initially
quite achieve what we wanted due to confusion on our part.
