Had a great experience using Chris with our gas stove installation in our newly purchased flat. He gave a fair price and stuck to it. He also had very good availability and offered great flexibility according to our needs. Chris is fantastic, he has helped us out with an urgent gas problem, and with an oven installation, and I would highly recommend him. He was willing to come on a Friday night and Saturday morning to help us, was really responsive and easy to communicate with. The work he did was to a very high quality, and he was really knowledgeable . He answered all of our questions and provided recommendations and was really helpful throughout.

Chris was literally our hero today!! At home looking after the littlun and the boiler is leaking! Was recommended Chris who replied to my message and was able to come the same day, arriving as promised this afternoon. He assessed and diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to get parts and fix it and be completed all within 2hours! Cannot recommend him highly enough, clearly knows his stuff and he's a lovely guy and really considerate, even amused my 1yr old while here!! I have been told that I needed to change my radiators and I wanted to ask for a second opinion and my radiator were fairly new. Chris fixed the problem without have to change them. Actually he said that the radiators were absolutely fine, the problem was in the boiler.
Very professional and honest. Don’t waste your time with big companies that try to take advantage of you or the ones that insurance companies send to you.

Chris was amazing at attending our flat for a gas leak We noticed the smell of gas on the saturday and after cadent had switched it off we got ahold of Chris who came out the next day (A sunday!!) He was super professional and fixed the issue within the hour, incredible work!
