Terrible experience with this firm earlier in the year. I was using SS one thier consultant solicitors for a child arrangement case and Tolata proceedings. They are charging top dollar for a second rate service. I wasted thousands of pounds with very little to show for it. They ditched me because I complained about the quality of the service I was reviewing from my solicitor. They did so at the most difficult time when my ex partner decided to remove my children from the house, leaving me high and dry when I was most vulnerable. I would avoid this firm extremely disappointed and very much regret using them. I relied on their Top 500 legal ranking and they may well have some good solicitors but my experience with them was a huge mistake, not just with their consultant solicitor but also with one of their Partners. I thought I was getting the benefit of a firm but instead I was utterly dependent on one of their Solicitors who in my view was not of the quality one should expect of a Top 500 legal firm.

I subsequently used Bethan Thomas, Penningtons Manche Cooper in Reading, The cost was about the same on an hourly basis but the quality of the Solicitor meant I made significantly more progress in much less time. Bethan was extremely knowledgable, generous with her time highly efficient and sharp minded. In complete contrast to my consultant solicitor SS from Blandy and Blandy.

Excellent service provider. Have used them on various occasions. I've visited their offices opposite the Thames in Henley and in Reading town centre. Parking in Henley isn't close, although there is some disabled parking near by. Access to the Henley office is good, but I found it a bit of a struggle getting a wheelchair in and out.
