From start to finish, the installation of our OHME Pro Plus EV Charger was perfect!! Josh (office) dealt with our initial site survey booking and he kindly provided some really useful information, Josh kept in touch at every step and his phone manner was impeccable!! Ryan (EV technician) visited to undertake the site survey within a few days of the call with Josh. Ryan was punctual, full of great ideas and was extremely knowledgeable, Ryan confidently answer all questions asked. Ryan and his colleague Phil were assigned the EV charger installation and they completed the install to a meticulously high standard. Both Ryan and Phil were friendly, helpful and respectful of my property.. nothing was too much trouble!! Ryan even set up the OHME app on our phones before he left!! Five star service from everyone at Ascent!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From start to install great company to deal with, Lewis on quoting and processing to Phil who installed on the day who was a top bloke, couldn’t have been better, quick, tidy and cleaned everything up afterwards and nothing was an issue for any questions to be answered. Very neat and tidy install, can’t recommend highly enough as have been an absolute pleasure to deal with start to finish 5 stars 🌟

Excellent service. Arrived, checked everything, discussed the various options and then got on and installed everything. Very tidy. Cleaned up afterwards, put furniture back where it was and closed the front gates upon leaving. 5* extremely polite.
