He was absolutely fantastic. His greeting was warm and welcoming and listened to my request and was able to provide a solution right away in a timely manner.

We had some issues with Rebel with closing the account (due to a move of house) but other than that they were fine. The customer service is very quick and you’re not in a queue for ages. Great service compared to other energy providers. Thanks Mduduzi for sorting our issues towards the end. 🙂

As a new customer to this company the customer service helper fezile really helped me today and was really patient with me going from indoors to outdoors to where my meter was by giving a meter reading for my gas. And he also helped me to read the serial number on the meter as well. Very very helpful. Thank you so much for the help and being patient with me.
