They provided expert advice on planning concerns and budget costings that helped us make our choice on house purchase. We really enjoyed working with them on design ideas and are so glad that they came up with so many solutions that have worked well. Karenna Wilford Architects were recommended to me, I asked Karenna to come up with designs for a new build house in an AONB, to replace some existing derelict agricultural buildings. Karenna and her team produced a number of different options to suit different budgets. Planning permission was obtained and the land subsequently sold to a developer. Karenna provided an extremely efficient service and guided me through the whole process. I have subsequently used Karenna's service for some further work on a large 1930's property that required modernisation. I have been very impressed with her design insights as well as her attention to detail. Karenna and her team have excelled and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
