Friendly professional staff.
The yard is tight as a ducks chuff. You'll need to park on the weigh bridge as you arrive, then report to the office next to it.
If you get loaded on bay No1, you will have to drop your trailer as you will block the weigh bridge access.
They started loading the trailer as soon as I arrived which is most welcome.
Same on exit, Move onto the weigh bridge, go to the office to collect the paperwork.
Job done 👍
4 stars as it was a fart on having to jacknife the trailer onto the loading dock because of trailers parked opposite the bay taking away your maneouring space.
Other than that, all good.

Feedback of purchase via eBay.

Very disappointing service. Late responses. Fake promises and even worse apologies. Wrong item sent! Ebay refunded. I paid postage.

I purchased a joblot of faulty phones via their eBay store on the 19th of December 2020. Item arrived after Christmas, and on top of that, they had two joblots on sale and sent mine to the other person who purchased it!

I have to give credit where it's due. The packing was top notch. They packages it like it was glass! But for the wrong item!

I contacted them initially and there was no real response. I opened up a case a few days later, and it was approved automatically. The return label only covered items upto 2kg, but this item was near 9kg. So I texted the seller, there was no response. Ebay told me to wait 10 days.

On the 9th day, a day before the case is solved, the seller responds and buys a return label, I clearly instructed them to purchase one that, the courier service can just collect from my home, but instead I had to wait in an hour long queue at the post office for a return label that did not work!!

I came home and very calmly let the seller know. No response. Ebay gave me a refund the following day and said the item is mine but I could give back if the seller asked for it.

The seller did contact me a few days later, and I of course was more than happy for them to have their item back. They couldn't provide me with a return label, which I can't understand how! So I took the matter in my own hands and out of good deed, I said I'd return the item to them so long as they'd refund me the return postage cost as it's their item now. They agreed.

They promised to give me the refund on 01/02/2021. You can understand how frustrating all this has been. As I write this, its already the 5th of Feb and they are saying the matter has been given to the director? Which director? I called the phone and I think the main person's wife picked up. It's extremely frustrating when you just don't know what's going on. Why can't they just help solve all this? If they want to give the refund, give it. If not, leave it, but at least, tell me!

UPDATE - 16/02/2021 - NO REFUND.

The main person that I spoke to, is good. But they've just made so many mistakes now that I can no longer give them the benefit of the doubt. It's horrible. I don't think I'll ever be going anywhere near this company again, and if you are planning to trade with them, please make sure you have a written proof of everything and anything that is discussed.

Please don't take offence by all of what's written above, but I think it's important that I reviewed your service with me. The past remains in the past. I hope you take the points mentioned above into consideration and improve how you handle things in the future. Best of luck!

Open, transparent approach to informing the public about what they do. Correct disposal of whitegoods is important, if done incorrectly they are very bad for environment.
