I have recently started supporting this fantastic little shop tucked away down an alley in Henfield. I have always found the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful whenever I have visited. The range of re-fill products is very good and varied, and an easy way to cut down on waste packaging, plus most of the products they provide work out cheaper than buying from a supermarket. I feel the shop is an incredible asset to Henfield, and very worth supporting to help keep independent shops thriving in the village.

It is a great alternative to the high street health food shops and I try to support small local shops. It is well stocked but I have to agree that the service can be brusque at best which is exactly what you don’t expect in a shop that sells expensive food supplements such as CBD oil (that is more expensive pound for pound than rare metals!). I got no advice or guidance so I bought mine elsewhere. That said, one of the junior staff was immensely helpful on another occasion so it does depend on who serves you.
