Honestly these guys are amazing!! I have called them out 3 times so far over the course of about a year (once over the Christmas break) always super quick to reply and to come out. I usually get the feeling with 'tradies' that I am asking silly questions but these guys take the time to explain everything so that anyone could understand whats wrong/needs doing, not just shove a bill at you...... and very fair prices too when the bill does come! Super trustworthy, will recommend to anyone who needs heating works 🙂 A** service

Let me down 3 times to fit a thermostat.
First time I got a call to say had collected the thermostat but got stuck in traffic, fair enough. Rebooked, didn’t show up, no call to say they wouldn’t be there. I called them and was told they would call me back with an update, didn’t receive a call so I called again, they rebooked for this morning at 11am. Received a call at 5 to 11 to say they couldn’t get the thermostat now (bear in mind they had told me previously they had collected it and confirmed it was in the fitters van).
Absolute time wasters. Wouldn’t go back if I was freezing to death. Would give zero stars if you could.

Terrible service and no communication! Booked for a service first time, didnt show up, no call to let us know and we had waited in all day. Rebooked and same thing happened. Try to call the office and no answer.

Cannot recommend highly enough. We returned from holiday to a cold house with no heating nor hot water. Others were distant from Heryofrd and charged a hefty call out fee. On recommendation we called Lee and Scott and they were there in an hour, despite a problem with part,not their fault at all,they came back Saturday morning.
Honestly these 2 were super heroes. They got us warm water and boiler fixed but not replaced, so good value for money. Comms in between and supportive and honest Friday night SO reasssuring. They sourced a part which no fault of theirs didn't work but didn't charge us for extra time finding a new option and travel. Thank you! Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I have just had leaking cast iron radiators replaced in my grade 2 listed flat. Lee did a lot of research and went to a lot of trouble to find a good solution to a difficult and different situation. Lee and his team have done a really good job and I am happy to recommend them . A friend suggested I use them and they have since done jobs for a couple of other friends who are also very pleased with them.

Struggled to find a same day call out for boiler repair until Hertford Heating came to the rescue! At 38 weeks pregnant I was slightly panicking as we had no hot water. Hertford heating arrived within 4 hours of calling, fixed the boiler, were super friendly with great communication at a reasonable price. No other local plumber even rung me back. Thank you Hertford Heating!

Used Hertford heating for the first time to fix boiler. Local family firm which is good to support. Got to the issue straight away didn’t try and up sell , great service, good communication with office. Reasonable price I believe. Would highly recommend.
