I had met Dean in a real state of panic when initially reaching out to him. I had previous cowboys who serviced our boiler after the previous owner recommended and were absolutely useless. We then encountered a major issue where our boiler then started to leak so I knew I had to find someone reliable and fast which to be honest absolutely panicked me. A few days prior I had a leaflet through our door so I took a chance and called Dean. From that first initial call I knew he related, cared and he would do his best to help me.

From the moment he stepped through my front door I knew he would not be like previous people. He was reliable, funny, honest and had the best taste in 80s music. What more would you want when you are spending such a lot of money? Our boiler was alien to us and a lot of companies actually said they wouldn’t touch it because they were unsure so Dean’s knowledge was a breath of fresh air.

I will recommend him to everyone and anyone I possibly can because I know they will be in the best of hands.
