After a bad experience with our regular contractor (a multinational company specialising in air to water heat pumps) where they identified the fault in our domestic hot water system but refused to do the repair because the cylinder was in the basement, we contacted Sussex Heat Pumps. The reponse was instant, and as soon as the parts needed were identified and sourced, Ross made an appointment to come and do the repair. He did it efficiently and we now have proper hot water again.
