We used Solarsense to instal solar thermal panels using the Government voucher scheme. The whole team is is very responsive, and reliable. The work was excellent headed by Alex who had to think through a number of different issues that came up prior to and during the installation. He put a lot of time and thought into our project and it worked out well. The team are very nice and work well together. Thank you

After a "salesman" visited our property we received a quote for both solar and battery. Deciding to go with both solar & battery we paid a £2,100 deposit in September. Today 11/11/2021 the scaffold team arrived ready for installation to start tomorrow. They informed us they had been given incorrect information, only 1 flight height, not double (up to the roof) and that access did not have to come through the house. They also said they could not install scaffolding on decking, remember a member of the Solarsense team had already visited our property. Solarsense then contacted us to say they could not install the system and would refund our deposit, no alternate solution or proposal offered.

Solar sense fitted panels & battery for me and I could not be more happy. The engineers that did the install were polite, professional & efficient. Orginally the battery was planned to go in the hall which I felt wouldn't work due to type of wall but Tom from Solarsense worked with me so we could come up with a location we were both happy with, which we did, super patient and understanding of my concerns. When completed the work was perfect, neat & tidy trunking , everything put back in place and areas tidied. I have dealt with loads of tradesman and the guys from Solarsense were absolutely excellent and very resprctful of my home. From the survey thru to completion, Solarsenses service was 1st class, highly recommended.

Installation was a dream: super friendly team - very fast and efficient; really listened to any concerns. Sales process was a bit difficult: make sure your panel design is correct and the shade calculations are spot on to avoid disappointment. After-sales could be a little better - several emails went unanswered, but they were super busy at the time. All in all, this a a good company with really decent people working there who want the best for your installation.

Really good company. They installed solar panels in our conference building and was done on time to a very sensible price. Tim Cook from Solarsense was fantastic throughout right from when we looked into solar panels to implementation and beyond. They finished the install ahead of time and kept in constant touch with our reception staff to make sure they were not affecting any of the events we run from our venue. They also gave us great aftercare.

The whole team have been friendly, hardworking and efficient.
We are so pleased with our solar thermal installation, the guys worked so efficiently even with the bitter freezing weather, and the workmanship is very tidy.

I highly recommend the crew at Solar Sense who made what could have been a complicated process easy and straightforward. Yes there are forms to complete if you want to claim a grant but they helped with these and were relaxed and professional throughout. Their installation team worked wonders in February wind and rain and even fixed a leak on our roof while they were at it. The overall cost was surprisingly low and for anyone who is likely to use a large proportion of the electricity that is generated a sensible option as well as helping everyone by producing green energy.

Good end result but VERY poor implementation. Paid our deposit in May and expected all the work would be done by end June as lead time quoted was 3 weeks. Ultimately the work completed mid September after a catalogue of problems! The initial roof measurements taken were wrong so the first panel fitting had to be aborted and re-scheduled. The subsequent electrical work took two separate visits over 6 weeks. Communications very poor. I had to even chase up to get the final FIT generator information when it hadn't turned up 2 weeks after paying last invoice.
