"We used Tatiana to help us with the design and applications for our new extension. She is very good in finding ways to get permission for what you want. We finally quit the fight with the council but only because we did want to build now and not in a couple of years. I believe if we waited and kept challenging the council Tatiana would help us to get very close to our initial idea.
