No direct line to accounts dept- Bad service

My colleague was contacted by customer service last Thursday regarding the complaint I made on social media about an unpaid invoice that is 74 days overdue. It seems that there is no direct line to contact the accounts department. He assured us that he would escalate our issue to the department, but we have yet to receive any further communication to resolve the matter. Despite our efforts to resolve the issue, we have not received satisfactory results.

Its a good job they deal in rubbish as I personally believe their service is worse than what they should be taking away. That's if your lucky enough to get them to take your waste away!

Honestly the worst service ever! The staff complain all the time, and are rude and abrupt and the removal is regularly missed. I'd give zero stars if I could.
