Kirk has been doing work for us for well over 25 years. He has come out to us in emergencies, at very short notice and this week has fitted a new boiler and a new shower. He also does work for family and friends and I have never known anyone to be less than pleased. He always explains the work that’s needed carefully and patiently and leaves everything clean and tidy.
Just make sure you have a good supply of teabags!

We had been having some issues with our heating system which Is driven by an Ideal Vogue boiler. I contacted Ideal who recommended Kosi Gas. I emailed Kirk who responded immediately with good advice. He visited us a few days later. He identified and corrected a number of fundamental errors with the boiler installation and set up, serviced it and gave us some great advice on settings. Kirk was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We will certainly be using him in future.

Great service all round from Kirk. More than pleased with the work he has completed: serviced all gas appliances, returning to replace a part for my stove when it was finally delivered, returned again when I needed a certificate, installed CO2 alarms which I should have had. Knocked on Kirk's door in a bit of an emergency when my gas was capped off by a meter installer, he came straight over and assessed what needed doing. As it turned out our old 18 year old boiler had also seen better days so we had it all converted over to a combi boiler with a 10 year warranty, we were worried that our new kitchen would be spoilt with all the work but Kirk has done a brilliant job, everything is neat and tidy and no damage to kitchen at all. Highly recommend him for any work big or small!
