Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Sadly had a slow puncture in one of my tyres due to driving over a HUGE nail & desperately needed it replacing asap. In & out had a new one on my car within the hour. Fantastic service & completely reassured me they’d sort it. Thank you so much!

Had 4 tyres via Asda, Asda Tyres kept me informed. 'IN N OUT' Speke, well that's another thing.
Actual motor engineer fitter, excellent, he took care, he was very polite and well mannered. My issue was with reception, bloke on reception was extremely rude, off handed, advised when I arrived that there was a delay due to staff sickness and absence, OK fine can't be helped but he was so matter of fact I asked why I wasn't informed by telephone of the 2 hour plus delay, no response, has he never heard of "keeping the customer informed "
Easy, he could have called 1st thing advised of delay and u wouldn't have turned up to wait 3 hours. I am so angry and upset, discussing customer service he needs some training and realise, without customers he wouldn't have a job. I lost 4 hours pay having casual leave from work thanks to him.
Never again, I have advised Asda tyres of my experience I hope they will deal and remove this fitter from their recommended fitting list.
Manners cost nothing, I am extremely upset and will not recommend nor go there again.

I booked appointment thru asda tyres. There were 2 receptionist there when I told my reg number one receptionist found my booking and another receptionist Paul . He said it's not there we don't have time do today bcos they got lot of booking. So they didt take my booking. They are talking rough not kind manner. Don't book with this garage. Save your money

Garbage. Came here for 4 new tyres Had to go to in n out in Warrington because my wheels still weren't balanced and they made it even worse!! Ended paying again at Kwik fit and now they're perfect. This place is a joke

Outstanding. I had a free car health check from the RAC, and although I don't live in the area it was well worth the journey. I'm usually a bit anxious about bringing my car to a new garage as I've experienced a lot of racism from local mechanics who also try to rip me off. I really want to thank Paul the manager, for his 1st class customer service. He was welcoming, polite, and professional, and I could not ask for more.

Booked for MOT and two new tyres but booked through Asda. Asda failed to confirm the booking for my tyres, and when my car failed it’s MOT they didn’t send me the price for the repairs needed. Wouldn’t use Asda again, however Hannah and the team at in n out did everything they could to help. Would recommend this garage but just go direct.
