Work was carried out promptly and efficiently. Always kept informed about any developments such as queries about whether measures to prevent birds nesting was wanted, and the state of the roof tiles. Email communication was always prompt and helpful both in terms of standard procedures/documentation and one off queries. Left with an effective working system which we can also monitor on an app.

We hadn’t heard of UPS, but a friend had a good experience when he used them for his own panels and batteries set up . So I gave them a call. From that first conversation to the completion of our own panels/batteries, UPS were fantastic. Everything went smoothly and with professional service. At each stage, the contact was a pleasure and information provided easy to understand. Post installation, all the information and certifications required for getting paid for excess electricity was provided in quick order, and within 4 weeks from installation we are already receiving payment.
Our direct debit has come down from £300 to £100 a month and even that is probably £50 too much. Well done UPS.

Excellent service from UPS solar with regard to all aspects of the installation of our solar panels, inverter and battery on our house. A far more competitive quote for the work than we got from our electricity supplier and recommended by the installation they'd done on my brother's house and his next-door neighbour. Very efficient communication, prompt arrival of technical surveyor once we'd accepted the quote, scaffolding arranged and did the job professionally, then then roofers and electrician completed our 12 panel, inverter and battery installation in one day. Tidy, professional and conscientious work at all stages of the installation. Very pleased we went with UPS Solar Ltd.

I had 14 panel system installed on the 03/08/2022, six on one side of the roof and eight on the other side with 3 batteries which were delivered a shortly after the panels were installed. Impressed with the whole process from survey to quote to installation. The surveyor and the team in the office were very helpful. The only concern I had was on the documentation side that took a while to get sorted.

The installation team assessed the site to establish the most efficient and aesthetic layout of the panels and the positioning of the Inverter in the garage. The installation was completed in a day apart from the batteries. The installation team were very efficient and tidy and when the batteries arrived they took no time at all to be connected. I am delighted with the outcome and particularly impressed with the latest online monitoring facility which gives visibility of the generation and battery status.

I have No hesitation in recommending UPS Solar to anyone looking to install a Solar system.

My installation was at the recommendation of a work colleague. The quote I received was excellent, concise and self explanatory with a variety of different options to choose from. A verbal commitment to purchase was made over the phone in which queries were discussed and recommendations made. The survey was carried out quickly and efficiently again with explanations made as to the location of the equipment. Scaffolding was erected and the installation carried out super efficiently by the two installers who I might add were extremely courteous, very hard working and tidy. At the completion of the installation I was given a thorough briefing on the workings of the Fox Cloud app on my phone which was invaluable.
Contact with UPS Solar via the phone was effortless and all the necessary paperwork completed very quickly.

I got excellent help from Andy to discuss and agree the initial requirements. The job was booked in quickly after the survey. Much more competitive pricing and more flexible design discussions than others who quoted. The electrical installation was smooth. The panel installation was slow and the positioning of the panels had to be redesigned on the fly but the roofer finished by doing a very good job. I was a bit unhappy with the limited contact from UPS during panel installation time. But the aftercare (including document sign-offs) has been very good and I was being paid for the excess by Octopus within c.3weeks. It's made a big difference to how I live my life - far more civilised than worrying about every penny you're spending on electricity. The most satisfying part for me has been being able to divert the excess to the hot water tank, and I have a constant supply of hot water since the installation in April
