ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR SERVICE! I am a council tenant and OAKRAY are the company that deal with any flat issues such as fixing intercoms. They were scheduled to come to my house and fix it between 1-6pm on a Tuesday, they did not turn up or even communicate to me, however when I called the council back (as they booked this for me), on the system OAKRAY wrote that they have 'fixed the intercom and it has been tested multiple times with tenant'.

Moshen is a legend, quite simply the best electrical engineer I've ever dealt from Oakrey and elsewhere in every respect. This man actually deserves a promotion!! He's got 15 years experience, graduating in Iran. He was friendly, professional and completed a tricky job with very little work order information. I work in customer service and tradesman can learn a thing or two from him.

Anyone that's been out to property has been really friendly, helpful and done the job. Unfortunately, customer service is shockingly bad. The lady(s?) we have dealt with is rude, has no customer service skills, told us incorrect info and didn't follow up on issues. Thankfully we eventually got to speak to someone polite & helpful who actually dealt with the issue. It's just a shame we had to keep chasing it up to get past the first few awful customer service experiences.

Shocking company. We had no heating or hot water since Friday we had the same engineer out 3 time and everytime he's been out he's made it worse now it got to a point its pouring out the overflow pipe and boiler , keep ringing and now there saying it's not a emergency and someone will be out Monday they have left us with no heating or water with young children.
Absolutely joke of a company and MTVH don't care or won't help.

I reported no hot water a week ago. 2 so called engineers were sent. One last week Ref24095191, he came and left.

No hot water. I call back a day later being told a new part had to be fitted. This was on Friday so no one would come till Monday. So a weekend with cold showers and no hot water.
Another reference number was given J24096302.
Another chap turns up. Replaces part and leaves. No introduction, AppalIing lack of any customer service. He mentioned he'd replaced the part without any further checks.

What cowboys are you employing? It's a joke. And from seeing from previous reviews it shows.

Just had a 9pm visit … the guy was amazing .., knew exactly what was wrong ( no power to valiant boiler) replaced PCB … absolutely superb
