I am renovating my first house and always knew that I wanted to have a heat pump installed. I initially chose to go through a large energy company as I felt this was 'safer' - however, at this moment in time, they only offer retrofitting, so it was difficult to organise as I was mid-renovation. Additionally, I found out that they had huge waiting times for installation (10-15 weeks) which for a house without a heating system (in winter) is just not feasible. It was the end of November and I was desperate to have a heat pump fitted before Christmas.

I found Green Electro Heating through the 'Vaillant Heat Pump installers by you' feature - they were the top rated / most experienced installers. I called and Dorina was supremely organised and a calming presence (when I was not!). She understood the time pressure I was under and managed to get Ionut to conduct a heat loss survey within a week. I met Ionut at the house and he answered all my questions clearly and explained to me how the system would work. He managed to send me the calculations later that day so I could order appropriate radiators asap. This enabled the installation to occur the week after meaning that start to finish everything happened within 2-weeks.

I cannot recommend Green Electro Heating highly enough - especially for anyone who is interested in having a heat pump installed but is wanting to complete renovations at the same time. Ionut and his team are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient.

Green Electro Heating offered a great service to me today! They were professional, polite and really quick to respond.

Our gas hob stopped working while I was preparing food for the kids. I called a few companies but their services were either unreasonably priced or they were very slow at responding.

Ionut and his colleagues are my go to people for anything to do with heating. They installed a new boiler and thermostat for us and flushed the radiators and our house has been much warmer since. Their service is professional and their communication is good. In case there are any issues or questions they will help you resolve it by phone or by coming back if needs be. They were a recommendation from a neighbour and I've recommended them to many other neighbours.

Before I met the guys from Green Electro Heating every electric, plumbing and heating failure at home used to become the source of major frustration. It would take weeks, and sometimes months and the visit of a number of plumbers, electricians and other “experts” before someone could fix the problem and still with a huge delay and at an exorbitant price.
Met Ionut and his team for the first time when we had the water pressure at home going down by 80% and 4 different plumbers and cylinder experts couldn’t figure out the reason for the problem. Ionut sorted it out in literally 15 minutes and since then him and the people on his team have gotten me out of trouble numerous times. On the last occasion they fixed the extraction fan literally the day after I called and it all works perfectly now. They take responsibility of everything - coming promptly, assessing the problem, purchasing the parts, replacing and fixing everything and leaving the area as there has never been an issue.

I picked this company from the internet. I had a problem with the electrics attached to my central heating. My plumber didn't deal with this and recommended an electrician. This electrician was clueless and persuaded me to have a new central heating panel. The heating still didn't work and he left me to it! When I rang this company, Ionut attended at 6 30 that night he knew exactly what to do and he wasn't expensive. On a second occasion when I had no heating, Ionut again came out " after hours" sourced a new heating pump and replaced it that evening Since then I have had two further issues, again they were dealt with seemlessly. What is so good is that this company deals with both gas and electrical issues . They come out at short notice and after hours as needed. They are polite, helpful, give money saving advice and I felt "comfortable" having them in my house .I would not hesitate to recommend them

Update: after I used them few years ago for an consumer unit replacement I contact them again to install an heating pump wich he kindly come to our house for an investigation and he applied for the £7500 grant provided by the government, everything was so smooth and quick. Highly recommend again 🙏🏻 Very professional. I did contact Jhon for an consumer replacement , i had few lower price but he was very professional and i never regretted.
