Eltom Electricals upgraded our consumer unit and installed an EV charging point. They explained exactly what needed doing and were very helpful running me through what was needed to apply for an OLEV grant to save me money on the install. The work was carried out on time as scheduled in a professional but friendly manner. They noticed a small problem with the pre-existing wiring that we weren't aware of. It wouldn't be safe to leave it as it was but rather than just disconnect the problem until a later date they fitted the job in as a priority and came back the very same afternoon even though it wasn't part of the original job. A flexible, conscientious and diligent electrician. What more would you want? Great bunch of lads too.

Very pleased. Phil was responsive to initial enquiries, came and promptly reviewed the property and job (installation of a solar diverter system for excess PV to go to the hot tank). Polite and pleasant, whilst on site and seems to have done a decent job. Left everything clean and tidy. Reasonable with the cost as well. Would happily ask Phil to come and do other work for me in the future. Thank you.

I asked Eltom for a quote to install a new consumer unit and an EV Charger. They responded very quickly, surveyed the property and gave me a verbal estimate that was confirmed in writing. I arranged an installation date to suit me and Phil and Luke arrived to carry out the work. They were a pleasure to have in the house, careful, clean and got on the with job. Everything was done to my complete satisfaction and I would definitely use them should I need any further electrical work carrying out in the future.
