Arden Utilities came to my house super fast to assess a lead pipe problem, and they fixed it in less than 3 hours! Their service was outstanding – great assessment, great advice, and true professionalism. We initially got a quote of $3,500, but their quote was much lower, proving they are honest and fair. You can tell they know what they’re doing. I truly appreciate the work they’ve done, and I will highly recommend them to everyone on my street!

Appointments were made and work was completed on dates specified - first class service followed by excellent workmanship.
We had a new main water supply replacement fitted and we were updated throughout the day as to what was happening, and once completed we could not tell that any works had been done.

Very helpful from start to finish. Kirsty, who explained everything about what would happen and costs prior to survey was excellent. Even arranging for a quick survey visit to fit my shift pattern. And as a bonus told me about United Utilities scheme where by they may contribute up to £550 towards lead pipe replacement, and she provided me the link to start the application. Survey visit was very clear. Explained how and where the replacement pipe would be fitted due to make up of house. Then finally the two lads who did the job. They did an excellent job of getting new pipe into house with no damage to tiled floor in kitchen as was a worry before job started. They left all the work areas clean and tidy. Excellent job all around and very glad I asked them to do the work for me. Highly recommend them to anyone based on my my own experience. Thank you all at Ardent👍

Replacing Mains water pipe.
This was not a easy job to do with big rocks under ground but the lads stuck with it even with it raining all day, and replacing the slabs that they had cut out the patterned concrete great job, and Kirsty from the office organizing that the job runs smoothly.
Would recommend Ardent Utilities to anyone how needs a job great doing with minimum fuss.

I used Ardent when doing the UU lead pipe replacement who were great. Came out and gave a quote quickly, which was really competitive especially with the UU grant. On the day they took out the work with limited fuss, came up with creative solutions around tricky problems and all the reinstatements were good. My water pressure has increased and no more lead dissolving into pipes so really pleased.

UU application took a few months start to finish, they ask for lots of photos throughout but thankfully Ardent took some. Also easier and much quicker to do correspondence with the UU case managers over the phone than email.

After needing a new supply pipe fitting but being let down by several other companies I got in touch with Ardent Utilities. Kirsty got back to me within 24hrs with an estimate quote. She then arranged for someone to come out to survey the work for the quote, she then sent the actual quote (which was the same as the estimate and cheaper than all the other companies I enquired with!) and the work was completed within 3 working days of the actual quote being received! The lads that come out were friendly, got on with the work straight away and left everywhere lovely and tidy afterwards!
Fab customer service from start to finish and I can’t thank them enough!!
