Honestly can't rate CJ Charles high enough. Came and fitted new boiler for me and they made it so simple and stress free. Turned up on time, went through everything with me, helped me load up the new controls on my phone. Discovered that the flu hadn't been fitted correctly from previous boiler. Not a problem, they corrected it - even having to make the hole outside bigger and then fill it all in. Charged no extra cost.

Honestly so nice to have someone who is genuine, honest and does a good job. Can't recommend them enough.

The team came to fit a complete new system for us at Koala North West when we decided to change from electric storage heaters to gas heating.
