Excellent from start to finish. A complicated job with two boilers needing replacing in one house but nothing was too difficult. The whole team, from quote to completion, worked with us, asked questions about what we wanted, answered our questions, explained how new systems worked and left all areas clean and tidy. A huge thank you to Neil for his visit and the quotes and to Phil, Dave and Ryan for the installation of the new boilers. First rate job.

From the time Neil arrived to give us a no obligation quote, till the two and half days it took his technicians to install our combi and eleven radiators. The company provided the best service and got the job done no problem! Very polite, friendly and understanding. We also appreciate the cleanliness, carpets and floors were covered, furniture put back in it’s place, everything left clean and tidy, cannot fault them. Could not be happier with the service received. The office staff were also a Pleasure to deal with and the invoice was sent through by e-mail and arrived quickly after install was finished.
I recommend this company if you want a professional job done on your heating. Would definately recommend Hoton heating, What more could you want?

Faultless service from Ho'ton Heating yesterday when we developed a problem with our boiler due to it needing servicing. I spoke with Neil in the morning, and he was very helpful and took pains to manage my expectations around timescales and fees, given that they were fully booked for the day. However, the team managed to fit us in on the same day, which we appreciated so much. Our engineer, Steven, was polite and efficient, explained everything he was doing and what had caused the fault. He not only fixed the fault, but did our service too. Callum, doing the administration, was efficient and polite too, calling to check details and issue an invoice for a very fair £120. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and will use them for any future boiler services and repairs.

Had New Worcester Bosch boiler fitted by Hoton Heating Ltd - Was same boiler from British Gas, but significantly cheaper. Had survey completed by Neil, who was great & explained all available options. Boiler was then fitted a couple of weeks later by Derek & Ryan; Professional from start to finish - arrived on time, kept me posted on how the job was going / any issues. They also phoned back the next day to check that everything was working as expected. Would highly recommend Hoton Heating Ltd & will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing/heating work. Many Thanks.
