Just had a new boiler installed by Ben and Nathan. From the day I requested the quotes Ben has provided great service, friendly and honest about the boilers and available options for my needs/budget. Way cheaper compared to the other 3 companies who also provided me with a quote. The job was done efficiently and all the rubbish taken away. Really happy with the service and grateful to Ben and Nathan for a job very well done.

New house (to me), old boiler routine service turned into nightmare when boiler condemned and given a quote to replace. I looked around and asked for alternative quotes. Ben rang me, came around within 30 minutes, we discussed boilers, services to be done - he was doing for free what other were perporting to be "bonus giveaways if you sign now". Ben came in at 30% cheaper than other nearest quote. Turned up when promised, replaced the boiler and checked and serviced all the old radiators. Hopefully I never need another boiler but if I do Im ringing Ben. Very happy customer.

Ben came to check my boiler after we experienced loss of pressure. Managed to fix the immediate issue quickly, but we needed a new boiler as the old one was on its last legs. He gave us a couple of quotes, much cheaper than I was expecting, and managed to fit us in to replace my boiler later that week. The job was done quickly and left no mess at all. When job was finished he gave me detailed instructions on how to use the boiler and the digital thermostat, and said to let him know if I had any problems. We couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely use for all of our heating and plumbing queries in the future, and I would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again Ben

Excellent service. Ben and his apprentice fitted a new boiler for us and has completed several services since then. He is very knowledgeable and provided us with the information we needed about the choice of boiler we required. Ben and his team have looked after our heating systems for years. Boiler replacement, boiler services, installing a whole house heating system in a renovated property, changing radiators etc. He is always very responsive and we’d trust him with any of our plumbing or heating issues. The pressure on my boiler was too high and had no hot water coming through , contacted Ben and he got back to me straight away and talked me through what to do. Problem was fixed within minutes. Will definitely be using Ben again in the future , good reliable and friendly service

R & B heating fitted a new Vaillant ecoTEC exclusive boiler and Vaillant SensoHome Smart Control. Awesome job, pipework perfect and left tidy. They service the boiler every year, never had any issues, R & B also fitted new radiators into a loft conversion, Highly recommend!
