Outstanding Service and Expertise from Start to Finish!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from OTS Heating. From the initial contact to the final installation, everything was seamless and exceeded my expectations. Chris and his team installed a Worcester Bosch 8000+ boiler for me, removing the old header tank system and completely transforming my home’s heating setup. They freed up valuable space in my cupboard by clearing out the old system—what a bonus!

Chris and his team of four were incredibly professional and thorough, listening carefully to all my requests. They not only removed unnecessary pipes but also hid the remaining ones in the walls so no pipes were visible—a fantastic touch that made everything look so much tidier. Additionally, they bricked up the old outside vent pipe, going above and beyond to ensure a neat, polished finish.

Chris even hired an electrician to run a new boiler circuit, making sure the job was done neatly and to a high standard. They spent extra time optimizing the heat flow so that water now takes the most direct route to the taps, improving efficiency. It’s clear that every decision Chris made was based on what was best for my home, not just what was easiest for them.

I also requested a Nest thermostat installation, which Chris handled perfectly. Throughout the entire process, nothing was too much trouble. Jade, who managed everything from the office, was equally amazing—she kept me informed every step of the way and even went out of her way to collect my keys so I could do the school run while the team got started.

The level of service was unmatched—Chris and the team went above and beyond in every aspect of the job, and the price was fantastic too. I can’t recommend OTS Heating enough for their professionalism, care, and expertise. If you’re looking for a reliable heating company that truly puts their customers first, look no further!

I couldn't speak more highly of Chris, Jade and the OTS team. They have just finished what was clearly a complicated system installation for me. It took them longer than expected but he got the job done to the highest standard, with good humour whilst honouring the firm quote he gave me. I would definitely recommend this company if you’re thinking of getting a new boiler. From the start to the end all the staff were professional and friendly, there was no pressure to use them after being given a quote which was reasonably priced. I felt comfortable leaving them in the house to get on with the job and they cleaned up afterwards.

Update: it has been a year since my boiler was fitted and OTS Heating Services have since been out to carry out the yearly service following a reminder from them for it to be done (which I asked for). Again I can’t fault this company, their staff, their professionalism and pricing.

OTS is an extremely professional company whose workers and business owner take great pride in providing their customers with a first-class service. Jade, the office manager, is also very friendly and professional and kept me informed regularly when the plumbers were held up at an earlier job. I can wholeheartedly recommend OTS to anyone who needs an experienced and competent professional to see to their heating system.

Before I used OTS Heating Services, I had, over the last two winters, needed to call out the home emergency service via my insurance because my boiler kept cutting out. There were about SIX different plumbers here, none of whom actually managed to identify the problem with my heating system (a gas boiler with a hot water tank, not a combi boiler) but who decided various parts needed replacing, which were fortunately covered by my insurance. However, none of their work actually solved the problem and my boiler once again started overheating and then cutting out, meaning I had to climb up the loft ladder and reset the boiler each time it happened. When this started again, I decided to ask OTS to come and look at it.

Chris, the owner, came round and immediately identified the problem, and told me his company could install the new part needed to prevent the overheating problem for a very reasonable price.
A less professional company might have seen an opportunity to sell me an entirely new boiler, but Chris was happy to fix the existing system and get it working properly again. A couple of weeks later (they are busy guys, understandably) two employees came and installed the new bypass and also some new thermostats on my radiators. During this process an airlock unfortunately developed which meant that the poor guys had to leave me with a non-functional boiler. They were here till after 7pm at night, trying to fix it, but had to give up in the end. They told me their boss would come round first thing the next morning, but I was working, so he offered to come round later that evening!!! Chris was here at about 8.30pm and didn't leave until shortly before 10pm, by which time he had the system up and running again. I swear he would have stayed till midnight as a matter of professional pride if that was what it would have taken to fix the issue!!! While he checked everything, he found another component that needed replacing and gave me a very reasonable quote for that job.

From that evening onwards, my boiler has not overheated one single time. Now that it has been serviced (today) and the last faulty component has been replaced, I am sure that it will be fault-free for the rest of the colder months, which is a great weight off my mind.

Chris and the OTS Team are excellent. The quality of the work and helpfulness is second to none, they also turn up when they say. OTS will be the only Central Heating service I and my family will use from now one. You have total comfort that you are in the best of hands!

Used Chris and the OTS Team to replace an old boiler, remove existing water tanks and get us into the 21st century with wifi heating controls - they were quick, efficient and did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves, and also tolerated my delinquent dog barking his little head off at them half the day. A pleasure to have in the house and really happy with the service.

Update: 06/SEPT/2024
Just had the OTS team out again to adjust some pipework so a new oven could be installed - called on Monday, pipes fixed by Friday. Chris was just as patient with my delinquent dog, and I have a working oven again! Couldn't fault the team and the service.

Would highly recommend Chris and the team at OTS. Nothing was a problem, they went above and beyond, working until 8:30pm one evening to ensure we had Hot water and heating over the weekend. Once the job was complete there was an issue with pressure to one of our showers, Chris came out as soon as he could to sort the problem at no cost to us.
The quote was very reasonable and the job was done to the quoted timescales.
All work was carried out to a high standard and all the lads working on the job were fantastic.
