Peter the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgable in helping us decide on the perfect fire and fireplace for us.

•The function of the stove and wood is explained in detail - the first fire is started by the craftsman to make sure that everything is done correctly and that the process can be shown to the customer in detail.

•Debris and garbage is taken away by craftsmen.

Tried other companies before going to Peters show room in Seaham. Honest no pressure experience , delivery and fitting was as promised, all rubbish was taken away. First class service at the right price, would highly recommend.
