I ordered a number balloon display that was deflating when I picked it up. I was advised that it was due to the cold and would be fine when I got them home. It wasn't and when I sent a photo I was offered a £5 refund (I paid £20) and advised to inflate them myself with a straw! - Yes really! The lady was unprofessional, unapologetic and rude! Despite the fact that she had sold me a faulty product and insisting that I returned them to her, she claimed that I had wasted her time! No customer service skills whatsoever.

Fabulous balloon displays!!
Everytime time I have ordered from here the balloons are perfect and great value! I've ordered several times from this lady and she is always very professional and saves me alot of time and energy getting the displays where they need to be. Couldn't recommend more!

We got married on the 7th July and Victoria did a fabulous job ,the room looked amazing .We had the full package ,the mini hoop ,arches ,balloons ,welcome board it was all stunning ,it made our special day even more special .The communication and service we received was excellent and I would definitely have again.Thankyou xx
