We called David after our boiler was corroded and leaking hot water into the kitchen. David came out the same day and managed to isolate the fault, however the boiler needed to be replaced. We had a really competitive quote and decided to go ahead with the job. David was highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and is a very trustworthy and thorough time served engineer. We had our old boiler mate thermal storage and boiler, converted to a new Baxi 600 series combi boiler. We had all of the old equipment removed, David carried out a full flush and chemical treatment of the radiators and pipework and installed the new boiler, including installing brand new required pipework where needed and carrying out a full gas safety check. David was very punctual, carried out excellent work and was extremely tidy and the work and results of our install were superb! Not to mention he is a really friendly man. I cannot recommend him enough!!

Once again David came to my rescue to sort out a potentially devastating leak in a pipe in my loft. He is knowledgeable, competent and extremely reliable. You know you can trust David to do a good job - that's rare nowadays. Not surprisingly he's always busy but will fit you in whenever he has a spare moment.

Fantastic response and great customer service.

We had an emergency today and we were not in the country, however Dave from Gateshead Gas and Electrics could not have been more helpful when I called him even though it was at the weekend, he got to our property as soon as he could and sorted the job out straight away which was a great relief to my son and his girlfriend who were staying in the house. Could not have been more professional and I could not recommend him highly enough.

I needed an EICR electrical report to bring my rented property up to standard. David was really helpful working with both me and my tenant scheduling dates and times. He was very clear what needed to be done and the prices seemed reasonable. I also needed a bath re sealed which he was able to help out with and looks to have gone above and beyond with extra strips to make sure it was sealed properly.

David replaced my whole fuse box a few years ago and did an excellent job of sorting out a very messy ancient system. Since then he has done several other jobs for me - smoke alarms, showers etc. Altgoigh he's in demand he always tries to fit me in - sometimes amazingly on the same day. Can't speak too highly of the quality of his work.

I have known David since January 2017. He completed my central heating system at short notice after another Fitter let me down and left me without heating during the winter.
