Complete Solar have been very professional and helpful throughout. Their original quote to upgrade an inverter and add a storage battery was competitive. A solution was offered for an early problem of incompatibility with the existing system. Once we'd placed the order, installation was carried out surprisingly quickly. Sam and Kyan did a very good, neat job.

Our neighbours recommended this company as they had just had solar panels installed. Nicola and Richard came to have a look at our roof space and talk us through the process. We promptly had a quote with 3 options and a lot of useful information. We decided to go ahead with 28 panels and 2 batteries. The installation started within 2 weeks of the quote being given.

We were so delighted to have found this local company. From the word go they have been professional, efficient, timely and very supportive. They installed 10 solar panels, battery; underfloor heating to 88sq metre ground floor; an MVHR system throughout.
We have had a tricky build renovation with dates changing all the time. They have been right by our side, doing everything they could possibly do to ensure the work happened in a timely fashion. When problems occured they were there with immediate solutions.

A highly professional organisation.
We were looking to have a PV installation on our complex roof. Complete Solar looked at differing options, thinking outside the box, and came up with a hybrid design of roof and wall mounted panels. This design ensured maximum generating capacity at reasonable cost.
They helped us understand the situation regarding batteries, inverter etc prior to install so we could make informed decisions regarding the final installation specifications. We were truely empowered during the design phase.
Prior to installation, Complete Solar arranged the scaffolders.
The installation team were smashing. They were punctual, polite and courteous, they were clean and tidy, They too ensured we understood what was happening and ensured we were happy with the routing of cables, positioning of equipment etc.
Upon successful commissioning Complete Solar took care of all the paperwork (and there is a copious amount of this as you can imagine).

Great communications during quote and installation process. The team is very knowledgeable and gave me a quote to match my requirements. Installation completed very professionally on schedule as planned. Immediate response to small technical problem after install which got resolved very quickly. All together a very good experience and well recommended.
Team came back this July to add a split system air to air heat pump to several rooms. Make use of that free solar electricity! Installation was again very professional and quick.
