I hired this company to clean my dryer vent. When I used the dryer after they serviced it, I did not get any lint in the lint catcher and the drying time was the same as before the cleaning. When I contacted the company by email, they initially did not answer. I forwarded my original email and received a response saying that the dryer vent was not clogged due to their service. I sent a followup email asking for their expertise on why I may be having that issue and received no reply.

I took the hose off the back of the dryer and I was able to clean more lint out of it so I sent a photo of the lint by email and told them of my disappointment with their service and received no response. I paid another company to come out to clean the dryer vent because it appeared to still be clogged. I sent a photo of the lint that was trapped in the vent that the second company was able to remove and asked Eco Friendly Streamers for a refund of my money. I have received no response.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I expect any professional to stand by their work and treat the people who hire them with respect.

The photos show the lint that was in the dryer vent AFTER Eco Friendly Streamers said it was not clogged.

James, with Eco Friendly Steemers, did a great job on our carpets. He was at our building, I asked him if he was available and offered to look at the apartment same day! He finished the apartment he was there for then completed ours that afternoon. The carpets looks great, made the apartment smell so good and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend his service...he's fair and works quickly. Thanks James.

This is our 2nd time using Eco Friendly Steemers. We are very pleased with our service each and every time. We have a puppy in potty training, Eco Friendly Steemers has a pet treatment that is a must have for pet owners. The rooms smell wonderful after.
