I bought a Titan pressure washer last week to use on the sunny weekend, opened the box to find it in about 10 plastic bags and not assembled. Was prepared to assemble it but the booklet diagram was so small and difficult to understand that I returned it today. Very disappointed as can't do my jobs until I buy another. On return to the store the lady who served me was so miserable. No apologies for not stating it when I bought it or a sorry for having to return it and missed my day to do my gardening and driveway just took it back and hardly spoke a word. The staff are usually very nice as I go there a lot. She made me feel very uncomfortable. I've looked in the booklet and nowhere does it mention that it is not assembled. Think most persons would not buy if they knew.

The service in this screw-fix is the worst I have ever seen in all the screw-fix’s I have been, Waited 20mints to get serviced and a older lady was working on the till really rude and didn’t service me at all just said go do it on the computers and just called the next person

I would never use this place again and I wouldn’t recommend it

Two young ladies are a credit to your company went in this morning for ceramic tap valve they went above and beyond to make sure I got them right came home and fitted them both work perfectly thank you Emma and Helen

Very organised but can be a bit of a wait some times when ordering on line. Would be nice to be able to order something in the morning and pick it up a couple of hours later but not always possible. If you need something the same day I would recommend going into the store. Plenty of choice though at a reasonable price.

Guy was on a power trip and asked for ID off me for foam never been asked before even when I was 18 I’m in my 30s now and look my age..tool station next door was absolutely happy selling it me and laffed wen told them what happens in screw fix and they shown me the can I didn’t say anything you have to be over 18 so I’ll be going tool station from now on

I went into the Screwfix Bredbury store today and was greeted by two very lovely and helpful gentlemen Paul and John. They helped me with my query and were so helpful in finding me what I was looking for. They even offered to take my items to the car as they were very heavy. They opened the door for me as my hands were full. Nice experiences like this make you want to shop at the same place again. Thank you very much h for your helpfulness and kindness John and Paul.

Ordered an item in store that wasn't in stock, went through the effort of doing it all, never received a text or an email, turns out it was never ordered in, wasted my time, stood there looking like an idiot with the same person who pretended to make the order but never did.
