I would highly recommend Kai at Hunterwood Heating and Plumbing. My boiler broke and needed replacing at a time when temperatures were absolutely icy, and he expedited the job for me so that I could get my heating back asap!
He is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and did an excellent job from start to finish.

He arrived when he said he would for the estimate, discussed all options with me and ensured I understood the process, he arrived on time everyday, he was respectful, clean, tidy, and polite. I booked Kai to carry out a service on my Solar Hot water system and to also fit a Danfoss actuator head to the zone valve body.

He immediately responded to email enquiries and turned up on time. The work took 4 hours and he was courteous and helpful throughout.

In addition to the planned work Kai kindly labelled all the solar parts in the airing cupboard so I know what’s what. Additionally he sourced where my boiler hot water controller was located. It may sound mad but neither the developers (Hoburne) or any British Gas engineer has worked this out in 7 1/2 years. Kai checked all the connections and discovered my hot water is controlled via my solar thermostat and not my boiler or other 2 thermostats. Kai also gave me a lesson on how to set it if needed.

Despite this extra work Kai stuck to the original amount quoted. Thank you. I definitely recommend him.
