Really poor service from this company, a 10k system that has been faulty from day one. Now they won't even reply to my emails. Now I have to take them to court. Please, for your own sanity do not use this company.

The products and pricing are fantastic, I bought a 16kw power cabinet, 6 pylontech batteries and 10 rensola panels. Over a month down the line I am more than happy with my setup and will definitely return custom to get more panels. Delivery of the power cabinet was a lot slower than they told me, order well in advance

Made a couple of orders with voltacon solar and had no issues at all and will definitely order again for my next project. With the high demand in solar products I was a little in the dark about delivery times and items to follow but understandable as to why that was the case, that is my only feedback on what could have been better in my experience.
The added photo is of some of panels and mounting kit I ordered before they went to their permanent location. I am now 100% a solar enthusiast.

Looked everywhere for a TRUSTWORTHY supplier for my energy storage system, I came across VOLTACON who are based in Coventry and quite a distance from me. Initially I spoke with Stefanos and he was so professional and knowledgeable, no questions went unanswered and nothing was to much trouble.
The system was ordered!
I am a highly qualified electrical Tec and thought I would give it a try at installing it myself, I would add until recently I had never had anything to do with Energy Storage, anyway in it all went and with the fantastic support of Andy and the whole team at VOLTACON despite a few hiccups all went well, your not on your own with VOLTACON , nothing was to much trouble! A few words of caution though whereas all things electrical and electronic obey the same rules of physics you must always work safely and properly paying close attention to good and proper practice and remember safely is paramount also remember that you are working with some dangerous voltages and also the equipment is very heavy.

I have wanted for a while to upgrade my DIY solar/battery grid tie set up to a more professional system and Victron was the route I knew I wanted to go down due to their great Rep and how DIY friendly they are. I looked around and found that Voltacon were offering a great price on a Multiplus 2 5000va GX and the 450/100 Solar charge controller. The Multiplus 2 arrived within 2 or 3 days and the charge controller arrived within the week. Items arrived in great condition. Will definitely consider using these guys again.

Terrible experience! They sold me a product that did not perform as advertised. It was a complete hassle to return it, and now they are refusing to refund us. They are also bullying us with all sorts of false claims. Unbelievable company—it feels like it's run by a bunch of bullies and liars. Avoid them at all costs. We will take this as far as necessary; they won't get away with it.
