These guys are great.
From the director Matt, to the plumber who attended Dan and the ladies in the office, Jenny I think.

It really was a good experience for us. Good communication, from the start, respectful in our home, super knowledgeable (Matt stopped us taking out a water tank when we didn't need to! Despite this being in his financial interest). Clear invoicing as well.

We were a little late back for the agreed time.. Dan was on time though we were a little late. This was no bother, just got a courteous call from their office. Also some of our work was non standard. Again all very calm and no fuss. Really appreciated it. I've moved my cover / annual service from British Gas Home Care to FernGas as well.

Have been using Ferngas for a number of years now. They are a fabulous company, very reliable, with excellent customer service skills.
Their qualified engineers are extremely knowlegeable, helpful, and personable.
Have had regular boiler services, and also installation of a replacement boiler.
Have found using Ferngas to be cost effective compared to other major companies.
Would 100 % recommend them

Our boiler died after 10 years service. Within a week a new Worcester Bosch was installed and is doing its job. The whole process from checking the deceased boiler, quoting for new, arranging installation and completion was smooth and professional by all concerned at Ferngas. This reinforced the trust we have in them to continue looking after our heating system.

After being Pleasant on the phone an engineer turned up at the property, very off hand to my partner. The engineer proceeded to take the boiler front off for service and fault finding. When a problem was found it was only then he said his LPG certification had lapsed and couldn’t do the work, this worried me due to already taking the front off and carrying out the inspection diagnostic works before realising the boiler is LPG. Full refund given in good time but refused to admit that their employee had carried out works that he wouldn’t have been qualified on. This is reflected in the star rating given. Worth while checking qualifications before you let this company to work in your property.

My old boiler broke & British Gas who I pay a lot of money to for Homecare, let me down badly - happy to take the money but not provide the service!
I contacted Ferngas who quoted me quickly & installed a new boiler the same week. Their price was about the same as Boxt etc & I felt I would have better support from Ferngas in the event of any problems. I was so impressed with every member of staff i dealt with - they are all intent on providing excellent customer service with a smile & really support eachother as a team. My house is much warmer than with my old boiler & the new one is much more efficient gas wise. Highly recommended & im cancelling my homecare contract!

Pleasantly surprised. Great service from start to finish. The girls on the phone were pleasant and the guys turned up on time for the job.
Respectful of my home and put ground sheets down to protect my cream carpets. They got stuck into the job and the new combi boiler was installed in just 3/4 hours..
Explained how to use it too before he left. .
One very happy customer.
