I recently had an air test conducted on my property in Oxford and was extremely impressed with the service provided by Umer from ERS Consultants. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and the theory behind it, making sure I understood each step.
He offered valuable advice on how to improve the air quality and achieve better results in the future, which I greatly appreciate.
I highly recommend ERS Consultants to anyone needing air testing or other property services or consultation.

I used this company for the first time this week after previously using another organisation. On the day and on time the two engineers arrived, they explained what was involved in an air test and reviewed the work I had carried out in preparation for the test in accordance with their instructions that were sent to me a few days previous. They gave me some additional advice and guidance which was very much appreciated. The test was carried out and fortunately with their help and guidance it was successful. The two engineers were both extremely professional, polite, helpful and understanding. I am not a builder so their assistance was greatly appreciated. I was so impressed with the service and attitude of the engineers that I called the MD of the company the following day to thank him for such a tremendous professional service. We had a long chat in which it was quite obvious that his organisation is not about just making money they are about providing a service to their customers and providing them with true value for money. It was quite obvious to me given the passionate way that he spoke about his company that every word was genuine. It is hard to sum this company up in one sentence but the best way to describe them would be "Yes is the answer now what is the question".

Fantastic company and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

ERS have been an awful company to deal with and if i could hive zero stars i would.
After starting the SAP process with them and getting half way through due to certail details they required not yet being agreed with planning they started demanding full payment for works not completed. they then made "assumptions" to complete the work to what they believe was satisfactory and when i didnt pay due to being on holiday they got a debt collector for a 800 bill that hasnt been completed to my needs!
