A rip off !!! I am being charged £1.24 per day standing charge !!! What a rip off!!!
Isn’t this against and well above regulated maximum charge energy company can take?
Had no hot water for five days also and when asked for refund been fobbed off !!!!

So here we go again…a year onwards and writing another review or editing it.
This company is beyond bad, waisted five hours at home waiting for their engineer to do safety and maintenance check, of course he did not turn up at offered long slot if whole afternoon when they expect you to leave work and loose income.
Besides they sent an email at the start of their possible visit asking to make /book an appointment which was already booked, the apparently to their claims engineer came 10 minutes after they asked me to book an appointment which was booked for later….the messing about by this company just goes on and on and on….as well as being a huge rip off and forcing you to use them.
Time for Ofcom report !!!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst service. No one available to help you. They will reach out to you making the assumption that my house gets too hot, which doesn’t do much. But when I need their help regarding the cold water, whether it’s in one room or another, they don’t care. For it to even receive hot water, it takes 2 hours or more to receive hot water. Will be filing a complaint with the Enfield council with legal action.

The WORST company every had a luck dealing with.
They charge me £1.12 standing charge, and yet at least once a month I don't have hot water. When I asked for refund on the standing charge when they failed to provide service they said they don't do that. Even when it was absolutely their fault and I had to reset the meter because they had some issue with their electric system they wouldn't refund the standing charge either. If I pay that extortionate amount for standing charge I expect a STANDING service!
I never know when I step into the shower whether I'm gonna have hot water or not.
Like this morning I was due to go to work, but I couldn't have a shower, therefore couldn't go to work.
How is it okay to mess with people's life's, provide an extremely low quality service (or not provide any at all!) and get away with it?! The Enfield council needs to step in!
Dealing Energetik is a big source of stress in my life, and unfortunately can't even change the energy provider 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

A review is definitely needed of the charges customers face, this is clearly ripping off people who have no choice but to use them, I urge everyone to complain to the ombudsman.

I am paying more for heating and hot water (heating I haven't used) than I am at the time electricity prices are at an all time high, in an electric only flat!.

Absolute disgrace and I hope many people will be refunded what they are due.

It is a very very expensive heating and hot water supplier. They charge £1 every day without using it. I don’t even want to think about the bill in winter time. And on the other side the customer service is very poor. I have talked to 2-3 different people when I set up my account and all of them said something different for the same question. It was a very frustrating situation. I wish I have options, I wouldn’t even think one minute , I would just leave this provider if there was a small possibility.

Hate this provider I am with them not by choice I would love to be abled to change to a different company that is a lot cheaper. The daily charge of £1 is too much and that is not including my usage. Constantly having to top up just to upkeep the charge. The service is nothing special for what I’m consistently paying, my shower is not that hot and neither is my heating. So I have to question what I am paying for.

Expensive daily standing charge with ofcourse no alternative suppliers. Also, poor customer service. Booked a maintenance visit, only for no one to show up. 5 hours wasted waiting at home.
