I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. I was contacted by one of their representatives and, after a brief conversation, I clearly confirmed via email that we were not interested in proceeding with anything. Fast forward a month, and I find out we’ve been entered into an agreement without our consent. This was done despite my explicit instructions that someone should contact them if we were interested – which never happened.

When I called to resolve the issue, I was met with extremely rude customer service. To make matters worse, their complaints email doesn't work, and despite speaking to the representative who entered us into the agreement (who assured me he would escalate it to their complaints department), I have heard absolutely nothing back. This has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience, and I would highly recommend caution when dealing with this company

Absolute bunch of scam artists
Taking advantage of small businesses who are already fighting a tough current battle. Tried to sell us an energy contract but didn't complete it and then try to say we're in breach of contract and trying to take action against us for £600 plus vat when they have not had any financial implications against their business from this "failed contract" which they never put in place ( confirmed by our supplier)
