What a range of products! A lot of great value items and some winter specials.

Unfortunately though they have moved to self service checkouts, not ideal and not a fan.

Tina checked us out and was super pleasant and helpful.

Long may they keep staff on the tills.

Self service till required authorisation, which took a while to find someone. Also the receipt machine did not work. We were short on time so couldn't wait for it to be sorted.

I visited this store for the first time today. Oh my goodness, it was such a great experience. Daniel was the one who assisted me and I spent over an hour choosing a lot of items. I purchased paints, wall coverings, an extractor fan, ductwork, kitchen cabinetry, and so many other items. He was not irritated until I had completed my shopping. At last, he loaded the items into my car. Genuinely lovely; I adore him...Thank you B & Q Hinckley .. See you soon

Staff member with blue car parking in parent and child space whilst working. The car park is small enough, without having to get a child out of a normal parking space. Selfish behaviour.

Just left the store. Was in the queue for assisted check out. Next in line, customers in front were about to finish. A blonde lady insisted I use the self check out as I was paying by card. As I was purchasing heavy bags of sand and cement along with a few pluming items and various hardware I didn’t fancy lifting all those items on a till, nobody seemed like they wanted to help me, so I left everything there, and I’ve decided to go to wickes. Not a fan of pointless self service checkouts, especially when two members of staff were manning them, and not even helping. Self checkouts are pointless. Two members of staff could have served me a till, but I’ve left the items and have gone elsewhere

Don't go Saturdays. That's when 5 staff have an impenetrable chit-chat near the showers, but apparently can't help you buy a shower!? If you don't mind interrupting the group 3 seconds... to get rid of you, young Radio Rodney will quickly radio for back-up from a young lady all the way at the front of the store [rushed off her feet] who is the right low rank to deal with putting a code into a cabinet lock 5 metres away. Once he's set that task in motion, wait for him to sort of shoo you away and tell you to go wait for her over near the cabinet so he can carry on the jokes with his colleagues. Thanks RadioRodney 😉
