Ordered a bike battery online from RM Cycles and had to return it as I accidentally ordered the wrong one. The parcel was left outside the shop at 10pm at night by the Courier. Mike went above and beyond to locate the missing parcel so I could get my refund! It was an expensive battery so I really appreciated all their help. Quick to reply to emails and amazing customer service so would 100% recommend!

I just bought a Giant Talon 1 29er 2020 model,

Was scanning the market for a new to me gravel bike. Looking on ebay etc for secondhand bikes. Was very interested then decided to review the actual bike I was close to purchasing off the famous second hand market
Low and behold cookies took me to RM cycles to see a brand new higher spec bike on offer for 400 less than the second hand one I nearly bought.
Price seemed too good to be true, but it wasn't..
Purchased, delivered without a single issue.
Looks like it will be my go to online shop for the future.

Very mixed experience as a web customer. Ordered an ex-demo bike at a great price. It was delivered with some transit damage (brake lever snapped, dropper lever broken, derailleur hanger bent). Mike was pleasant to deal with by email and sent me a replacement brake, but it didn’t match the original and left me doing hours of work on the bike (fixing dropper lever, cable routing, derailleur hanger, and replacing brake lever) before it was rideable. No response from RM when I emailed to let them know it had been a bad experience.

Purchased a Giant Trance 2 from RM Cycles this week. Deposit paid Monday. Confirmed and paid through Cyclescheme on Wednesday late afternoon.
Bike arrived this morning at 8:28, Friday.
At every point the team at RM Cycles were great.
The overall experience was fantastic and I’m so pleased with the bike.

Bought an ex demo bike at a great price, and could still use GCI. It arrived basically new, but somehow (as it was actually very well packaged) with a bent front skewer, which to their credit they replaced immediately and it was here the following day. Overall a great experience from the very start.
