After a couple of let downs from other "larger companies", It gives me great pleasure to be able to say that Paul did exactly what he said he would do. ie He turned up to survey the site (at short notice), advised & sourced an appropriate EV charger (zappi), then turned up on time on the day he said he would (24th December by the way) in order to fit it for us.
He was meticulous in his work, and as a result, the end product (including all visible wiring) looked very neat & tidy. The unit has only been in place a month but has worked perfectly every time we've used it.
All in all a very pleasant experience.

A great service from Paul. He came to do a site survey at very short notice and advised which charger would be suitable for me (I’m a tidy freak so went for the socket version with no cable attached.) It was all fitted within days, very neatly at the side of the garage. Paul kept in touch throughout the process and turned up on time on the day that we’d arranged. Great service from ecoEV. I contacted them to move my EV charger as we were moving house. They came and did a survey to make sure it was doable and worth it and we then arranged a date for the work to be done. The charger was moved and reinstalled at my new property in a very professional manner. There was an issue when I first tried charging my car but ecoEV came out promptly and corrected the error with no quibbles, end it's worked perfectly since - so 5 out of 5 stars for me!
