Contacted them by telephone, spoke to Gary explained the work needed. Said he wasn’t in the office, so requested that i send him an email, which I did on 22 September. No acknowledgement or response, just how discourteous. I also explained I was struggling to find a reliable electrician and if he was not interested to let me know. Just rubbish, what a way to treat a potential customer..........!

Response; I have spoken to you (I distinctly remember the conversation, because you didn’t even say who you were, very professional NOT!) and emailed you on 22 September to your ‘enquires@stolworthy’ email address which you told me was in your website. Do you seriously think I’ve made all this up and waste my time If you have so many ‘loyal customers’ why don’t you have any reviews

I had a full re wire and new fuse board. Following power cuts almost daily, mark managed to sort this promptly. Very happy with the service. I highly recommend.
