Richard and the team were fantastic in helping me ensure our self-build home was compliant with the latest energy regulations, providing a full SAP EPC.

They ensured that our architects plans were compliant and they were there every step of the way through the project. They regularly offered advice and guidance on how to improve our EPC rating further and were prompt in issuing the final certificate.

Needed an EPC done fast for a rental mortgage and couldn’t be more happy with the service.

I dealt with a fella called Richard, he was swift with communications and fit me in within days. Punctual and professional on the day and had the certificate and invoice to me within an hour of his visit.

I first got in touch with Richard at Green Earth Energy Improvements as I wanted a retrofit assessment on a vacant House in Otley and they are based in Rawdon which is local. Richard came and assessed and provided a reasonable quote.

A team led by Chris insulted around the living room bay window, up the staircase wall at the rear of the property and in two bedrooms one of which included inside a wardrobe. They did a lovely job, it all looks really nice with little mess. All radiators and plug sockets were reinstated. Richard forwarded a wide range of pictures taken during the different stages of the job including ones with a tape measure to provide proof for the next EPC in ten years time.

I also got them to visit one of my properties in Beeston which is in the Leeds licensing area as I had a recent council visit and I needed to cellar ceiling boarding with fireproof plasterboard. They exceeded my expectations and used fire-rated expanding foam and sealed the fire boards with fire-rated sealant. This property was tenanted and I had no complaints from them.

I would have no hesitation in using Green Earth Energy Improvements in the future.
