Zero support. We have multiple issues with our system with 6 months left on the warranty. Been fobbing is off for 2 months trying to get a repair. Suspect it's because they know it's a pricey repair and hoping for the warranty to run out or for us to give up

Spent thousands of pounds with this company and when problems happened the did not resolve.
They certainly talk the talk…. However… no company accounts filed, company due to be struck off etc.

This company did not have the insurance cover for the work they did for us and did it to a poor standard.

I have had a first class experience with this company. Their knowledge in this field is second to none. Great value for money and always happy to help. They definitely go the extra mile, nothing is too much trouble. And, believe me I had a lot of issues with our inverter all of which they fixed. Fabulous service, genuine people. I needed my energy set up checked out. Colin was very helpful in checking my set up and explaining how the lithium batteries work. You can tell these guys really know there stuff. No hard sell for anymore products just good honest advice. Highly recommended

I’ve used Colin from Off Grid Happy several times even at short notice and always diagnoses the fault quickly with expert results. I call him the Doc ! He’s got electricity in his blood !
