I recently visited a small falafel restaurant, and overall, it was a decent experience. The prices were reasonable, and the food itself was satisfying. We have ordered several times from here and I loved it a lot- especially being vegan… but tonight we got our wrap and it had a hair in the packaging wrapped with the wrap. I rang to send a picture immediately and they didn’t seem bothered at all or wouldnt offer a refund for the wrap which had the hair but asked me to go in on Monday! It is concerning how they were not bothered at all about this…

I recently visited Falafel Xpress and had the classic falafel wrap. It was delicious! The falafel was perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the wrap was filled with fresh vegetables and a tasty pickles. I highly recommend trying the tahini sauce, as it is great with everything, especially chips.

The shop itself was very clean and had a nice Arabian decor and music. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience at Falafel Xpress and would definitely recommend it to others.

Favourite food spot in Chester! The food here is full of flavour, fresh & so yummy. The falafel is 10/10 & the fresh juices are so gooood. Great value for money - Highly recommend!

Cute place for lunch. We had really friendly and efficient service. Ordered a falafel salad which was very filling (also, the only gluten free option on the menu, but with varying protein options). Also ordered a wrap and sweet potato fries which were delicious! Crispy & perfectly done.
Also had a yummy fresh juice!
There's limited space to eat inside.

Wanted a light snack for dinner so called in here. Excellent choice thefood was so tasty and excellent value for money. Hummus falafel wrap, spicy falafel wrap with chips and a pot of their super hot and tasty jalapeño sauce.

The food is always so tasty and amazing. But the staff are unwelcoming to say the least. Perfect example being yesterday, me and my partner came in 40 minutes before close and the man behind the till was very loudly making comments about how this always happens, dead all day and then the last hour gets so busy and people kept coming in and how ridiculous it was. Never felt welcome in there but this was a very odd and off putting experience.

We found this place on google and I’m so glad we did. We ordered 3 classic falafel wraps and 1 chicken wrap with chips. Amazing. I have no words on how good it wasThe staff were friendly and the place was very clean and tidy. I look forward to coming back here.
