Recently stayed here for 3 nights, and what an experience! Arrived before check in time, and from the initial welcome from Irene I knew this was going to be an amazing few days. After leaving our luggage and exploring the area, we returned to check in and was dealt with by Anjolo. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area, and we'd identified a minor issue with the deposit which he dealt with efficiently and promptly. Within 10 minutes of entering our room, Anjolo called to check everything was OK, a nice touch.||The room was spotless and had a good range of facilities including fridge, safe and ironing board. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of cleaning the room each day.||We were very fortunate to have access to the Executive Lounge, which offered a relaxing place to chill and take in the views. Alongside hot and soft drinks, there was a selection of snacks on an evening, the samosas were very moreish! ||Breakfast was good, with a wide selection of pastries, fruit, cereals and hot options available. They were plenty of staff on hand to assist, and I liked how they deliver hot drinks to the table. Holly was especially welcoming, and it's nice to see how Hilton support their staff and their development through the graduate scheme. The only minor niggle is the hot food was almost cold all 3 mornings. ||Overall though it's a very special hotel, with excellent staff, good facilities and good access to Canary Wharf and Central London and I can't wait to be back!

I normally use Hilton for business stays and this was my first time to stay on a family break. I was really delighted by the experience, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the staff are all super helpful and lovely. We got a great welcome on arrival, and each time we came and went. The food was good in the restaurant and breakfast generous and of good quality. |The hotel is very well located with strong links to all major sites in London. We will definitely stay again and will look forward to it.

The biggest asset for this hotel are its staff. Friendly, welcoming and polite. We were at the o2 for Peter Kay. Due to train strikes we parked nearby. Great customer service, spacious room and a lovely breakfast. Choices of bread, lovely fresh fruit and some tasty mushrooms to highlight a few positives. My fiancé loved the banana toffee bread. Will definitely return,

Had a fantastic stay here, from Check in to check out everything went smoothly, all staff we came across was all well mannered, helpful, caring, happy!
Special mention to IRENE at the check in desk, such a lovely happy helpful lady! This lady was at check in and check out and gave the BEST service after all those hours such a pleasure! Breakfast was amazing, 1 gentleman in particular I did not catch his name went above and beyond for my husband even bringing him out several different types of yoghurt at no request, again a lovely gentleman who was genuinely enjoying his job, thank you all for a lovely stay

Xavier was extremely helpful during our stay We stayed here on New Years eve and Xavier was always ready to assist us.||Got a little late writing the review due to a little hectic journey.||The steam room is nice, although it can get slippery at times. It would be nice if they increased the timings of steam room.||The room was spacious as well!||The welcome message on the TV upon checkin was a nice touch! Same with the handwritten message next to the bed!||Once again, thank you Xavier for helping us with our luggage and providing us water whenever we asked!

Stayed for one night in January while attending a conference at the 02. Unfortunately the jubilee line was closed so had to get an uber… but would definitely stay here again!||Very easy to get to from Heathrow direct on the Elizabeth line. ||Friendly staff, lovely reception bar area and the rooms were a great size!||Great location in Canary Wharf. ||For more travel info and tips check out my instagram |@eastontravel709
