Jellyfish Solar came up with an innovative solution to a solar installation on the flat roof of my terraced house loft extension. This allowed for more panels than other companies had quoted, a very neat GivEnergy battery installation and an EV charger. The team that did the installation were extremely efficient, tidy, polite and quick, and I was up and generating power within a couple of days. Following the install, support was most responsive, ironing out the few inevitable niggles with the same courteous attention to customer service. I highly recommend Jellyfish as a company to go to for expert advice, creative technical solutions and attentive after-sales support.

March 2024 we had 10 solar panels fitted together with Solar Edge inverter and 9.5 kWh GiveEnergy battery and Give Energy EV charger. With one summer of reasonable sunshine done we are very pleased with Jellyfish Solar.
Simon and team were knowledgeable and helpful in initial stages, explaing and sharing expertise. Price was competitive versus other quotes and once agreed, instalation was prompt and carried out quickly and professionally by polite and efficient staff.
Simon and team have continued to be responsive and helpful post completion of installation. Helping to quickly resolve one or two small issues and provide a high level of additional technical assistance when needed.

I asked Simon to change the defunct solar panels meter which he did speedily and effectively. He then volunteered to go into the loft to read the inverters because I had no other means of finding out the data I needed to pass on to British Gas. He photographed everything I needed so I could register myself as the new owner of the solar panels. He went above and beyond and I now intend to give Simon the maintenance contract for the panels because I was so impressed with him.
